"Brandywine Septic was incredibly easy to work with and their pricing was the best in the area. The technician who came to my house was knowledgeable and took the time to answer a number of questions that I had about my septic system. This company has some wonderful employees and does so many things right in terms of customer service. I would highly recommend Brandywine Septic Services." -J.J.
Our difference...? Whether you simply need routine maintenance or you have an untimely emergency every job is treated with the same reliable and professional service that the company was founded on 22 years ago. The moment we pull up to your property you become our number one priority.
Careful observations are made as soon as we step off of the truck. First we determine what is the best approach to the septic tanks? At the tanks, we will observe the condition of the tank lids. Check to make sure all visible inspection ports and clean outs have caps? Looking around, are there any noticeable wet spots in the yard? Does any of the grass look greener then the rest? All of this takes place before we even put the hose in the tank.
Prior to starting we'll first observe the level of the water in the tank. Does it look over full? Is the level lower than normal? If so, is there a possible leak? Any noticeable blockages forming at the inlet pipe? Do the accumulation of solids warrant the changing of pumping frequency? Once the vacuum is turned and the water level begins to drop we carefully observe the condition of the inlet/outlet baffles and the integrity of the tank itself. If there are any concerns or recommendations they are noted directly on your invoice with instructions to follow up with our office.
